Klondyke Farm Cottages

Klondyke Farm is a working fruit farm with apples, pears, and cherries. They are 1 ¾ hours’ drive from Cape Town, 30 km the other side of Ceres off the R46 and is situated at 1200 meters above sea level so summers are cooler than Ceres town, and the winters are crisp. They are a (pet friendly) cherry farm giving you the opportunity to pick-your-own cherries during cherry season.

They offer three cottages that are fully equipped for self-catering but, there is no TV available. Cell reception and wi-fi is only at the office area. They supply duvets, pillows and towels, crockery, kitchen equipment and utensils. There is a stove and fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster in each kitchen.

There are heaters in all the rooms, and electric blankets on all the beds. Each cottage has an inside fireplace and an outside braai. All prices include vat.

They will provide firewood in a crate at the braai and some in a basket at the inside fireplace. Additional firewood – R45 per bag to be paid into the “honesty jar” or by arrangement via EFT.

Their lovely open campsite is also available for any time of the year.
