Tierkloof Mountain Cottages offers three beautifully styled, luxury self-catering dwellings surrounded by 1 200 hectares of pristine wilderness, just 2.5 hours’ drive from Cape Town.

Each of our enchanting, fully equipped private hideaways is uniquely designed and appointed but all of them feature breathtaking views, a private pool, wood-fired hot pool and the guarantee of a getaway filled with natural beauty, peace, and tranquility.

Situated at the foot of the majestic Swartruggens Mountains, overlooking the endless Tankwa plains, this stunning locale encompasses a range of terrain types that will satisfy every type of traveler, from outdoor adventurers, birdwatchers and hikers to those who simply want to relax and unwind.

Note 1: A high clearance vehicle is a definite advantage.
Note 2: We operate on solar thus ironing of bed linen is not possible. We do promise that the linen will be 100% farm fresh!
